Roles/Responsibilities The Entertainment and Devices IS team is seeking a highly motivated Senior Program Manager to be a part of the program management team driving projects that support E&D business. As a Senior Program Manager, you will be responsible for deeply understanding our clients’ business needs, , translating those needs into detailed plans and designs for engineer consumption, and gaining broad consensus on those plans and designs with a wide variety of constituents. Key deliverables include Project plans, solutioning designing, use-case development, functional specs, configuration specs, and detailed work breakdown structures to enable the engineering team to confidently estimate and then develop capabilities for the business, on time and on budget. Successful candidates will have had hands on implementation in SAP R/3, specifically in the Order to cash process (SD), planning and procurement cycles (MM) and should have led large projects in delivering key business capabilities in R/3, in an integrated system environment. Hands on experience in the EDI space would be an advantage. Candidate should have an aptitude for driving functional and technical requirements and finally – and most importantly – a deep interest in maintaining high quality customer Focus. The candidate having working knowledge of .Net, ASP, SharePoint Technologies, SQL will be an added advantage. The candidate will need to communicate at many organizational levels, balance daily support needs with long-term strategy, and successfully converting project plans into software reality. It is desired that the candidate have a demonstrated ability to work successfully in a matrixed organization with multiple customers/owners, along with both direct employees and dotted-line reporting talent.
Responsibilities
* Leads the multiyear vision and strategy for end to end solutions
* Partner with Solution Delivery, Enterprise Architecture, Dev, Test and support teams across groups, in analyzing requirements, analyzing data impacts, proposing designs, developing specs, converting these out to detailed designs, and finally driving the designs to completion through virtual team leadership across PM, Dev, Test and Support and with exit criteria for milestones
* Engage solution delivery managers and IT engineers effectively building a ‘trusted advisor’ relationship with these teams through consistent on-time, on–budget and High quality delivery
* Act as the virtual team owner of your feature through the SDLC, balancing resources, schedule, scope, and commitments required to deliver the feature
* Manage Contingency staff forecast and allocation, program budget and effectively manage Forecast and Actuals
* Remove obstacles and create clarity and consensus to lead decisions on end to end solutions
* Lead the risk management plan for an end to end solution and ensure compliance with the delivery framework
* Coordinate deliverables and dependencies with other teams across business/IT groups to hit project milestones
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
* 10 + years of overall experience with over 7+ years in IT/ Engineering and 5+ years operating in a complex, multi-system environment interfacing with ERP system like SAP
* Experience with shipping at least multiple project release as Project/Program Manager, from release inception through post go live support
* Excellent project management skills and extensive IT project management experience with complex projects, with a track record of successful launches on time and within budget
* Past programming experience in Microsoft technologies –or- programming/customization experience
*Excellent communication, client relationship skills, and customer experience focus
* Demonstrated passion for quality and attention to detail
* Effective time management in complex situations
* Excellent interpersonal skills to build positive working relationships across groups and all management levels
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* Experience working with SharePoint, Biz Talk as well as a good understanding of Microsoft Office SharePoint Server (MOSS) 2007, MS CRM, Ms Dynamics.
* Experience with relational database development using MS SQL 2000/2005 server
* Experience or exposure to SAP APO systems would be an added advantage.
* Experience working Using Agile based Scrum Methodologies.
* Ability and willingness to work in a team environment and report daily, weekly, and monthly status
* High degree of professionalism, especially when faced with critical and intense situations
* BA/BS degree in Computer Science, MIS, engineering or a related field; MBA preferred

Business Purpose:
The Microsoft implementation of SAP is a large-scale enterprise solution featuring SAP R/3, SCM(APO), GTS, and BW from SAP AG and SQL Server , Windows .NET Server and Exchange from Microsoft Corporation. This is an exciting opportunity for candidates that are motivated to grow their careers in SAP and Microsoft technologies. The individual hired for this position will implement SAP system solutions for Supply Chain business processes. As part of the SAP-SCM(Supply Chain Management) team, the individual may focus in the following areas: Sales and Distribution (SD), Materials Management (MM) modules of R/3 as well as GTS, and all related infrastructure that enable Microsoft's eCommerce exchanges with customers and vendors. This individual will be responsible for supporting a broad spectrum of enterprise business processes, ranging from Retail Operations, Commercial, Trade, Services, OEM, OLM and licensing.

• Deliver excellent service to internal customers and partners.
Position is responsible for:
- Working with partners in the Solution Delivery (SD) organization to gather business requirement
-VROM and ROM activities related to projects or Quarterly Release Change Requests
-Create functional specifications
-Conduct specification reviews
-Partnering with the SAP development and test team
-Configuration of the SAP R/3:SD/MM, GTS systems
- Knowledge transfer and production hand-over to partners within the support organization
• Facilitating the quarterly release process – the means by which new functionality and changes are applied to the SAP productions system. Successful facilitation of this process ensures realistic and practical changes to the SAP environment while meeting the business requirements.
• Developing strong collaborative relationships with business partners,local and regional IT teams to deliver solutions to the business.
• Developing strong collaborative relationships with local and regional SAP ABAP development and test team to evaluate and implement new functionality on a quarterly or project milestone basis
Unique Job Responsibilities:
Candidates should have expertise in several of the following areas.
· Primary functional experience in SAP R/3 SD, MM, or GTS.
· Secondary functional experience in SAP R/3 FI/CO, FI/AP, FI/AR, FI/AM, or HR. BW
· Program management - Managing projects, processes, service, and technology decisions.
Qualifications Should Include:
· A minimum of 8 - 10years of demonstrated implementation experience in SAP (including configuration) and program analysis and program management for large enterprise systems.
· A BA/BS degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business or related field preferred.
· The candidate should have excellent written and oral communication skills.
· Candidate must have an excellent understanding of Microsoft products, software lifecycle methodology and information systems development and support.
· Must be able to participate in a team environment and communicate effectively.
· Strong problem resolution, analysis and customer service skills required. Must have ability to exercise sound judgment and decision-making.
